What is sold
An online watchmaking course (access to a student area holding videos and a guide) and, depending on the formula chosen, physical goods: a study movement, a tool kit, accessories. Prices shown on the site are in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping, which is shown before payment.
Order and payment
Orders are placed through the site or by message. Payment is by card on a secure page, or by bank transfer: the IBAN and the reference are on the invoice. No card details pass through this site. The invoice is sent by e-mail.
Access to the course
The access code is sent by e-mail once payment is received. It is personal: it opens the course on two machines, and access has no end date. Sharing the code or redistributing the videos is not permitted.
Delivery
Physical goods are sent as tracked parcels from the Netherlands or France, anywhere in Europe. The tracking number is sent on the day of dispatch. Carrier delivery times are not guaranteed by the workshop.
Right of withdrawal
You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. Goods must come back complete and in a resaleable state; return postage is yours. For the online course, digital content supplied immediately: by asking for access before the period ends you agree that performance starts at once and you waive withdrawal on that part, as European consumer law provides. Write to us to exercise this right — a message is enough.
Guarantee
The legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects apply to the goods sold. A tool or a movement that arrives damaged is replaced: send us a photograph and it is settled without argument.
