Assembly
Fitting the dial and hands, casing, regulating and water resistance, for your series as for your prototypes. Each watch leaves with its measurements.
For brands
I also work for brands: assembling their series, the after-sales service of their customers, checking and regulating, remaking parts. Above all for small brands that have no workshop of their own, or no time to follow every watch that comes back.

Your customers' services and repairs, under warranty or not. A report for each watch, and online tracking you can pass on to them.
Movements checked when they arrive, rate and amplitude regulated, water resistance tested before shipping.
A part to remake on the lathe or the milling machine, tooling for your assembly, drawn in CAD and 3D-printed when needed.
Choosing a calibre or a supplier, setting up a small assembly workshop, your watchmakers' procedures.
The software I wrote for assembly workshops: stock, bench guides, quality and the traceability of each watch.
They trusted me with their watches
Atelier Wen · Auricoste · Akrone · Ultramarine
I have worked as a subcontractor for these brands, and others. Today I am also head of the workshop at an independent fine watchmaking brand: I know series assembly from the inside.

A series to assemble, customer returns to handle, a part to remake: tell me about the watch, the calibre and the quantities.
I offer a price per piece or a flat rate, and a date.
Each watch is assembled or serviced one by one, measured and tracked, step by step.
The watches go back to you or straight to your customer, with their measurements. The workshop is in the Netherlands; I work by post across Europe.
